Professional Last Name Update

A person can request that the IDMS system use a professional last name in the GAL and Online Directory. Attaining a Professional Last Name can give a person an additional login address choice.

Resend Eligible to Activate Email

Resend the Eligible to Activate Email which allows for account activation.

Username Change

A person can request that their username be changed because of a marriage or divorce.
