Purpose
This Self-Help article will help Students, Staff, Faculty, Alumni, and Retirees to remove their O-Key account from a Windows device.
Requirements
The user of this article must have access to your O-Key account in order to successfully accomplish the following procedures.
Step-by-Step Procedures
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
- Sign in with your O-Key Account Credentials.
- On the left-hand side of your screen, click "Devices".
- Find and click on the device that you want removed from the account.

- Then click "Disable Lost Device".

Please Note: This does not disable the account, but it does disable the account on that specific device, allowing another account to be used solely on that device.
