Purpose

This article will help students, staff, faculty, alumni and retirees know what to do if their DUO account is disabled.

General Information

Please wait 24 hours after you first saw that your account was disabled. After 24 hours, you should be able to sign in. If you are still unable to sign in after waiting 24 hours, please create a ticket with the EIT Helpdesk through our Client Portal, or give us a call at 405-744-4357.
