How Do I Access My NEO Mobile ID (TouchNet 360U)?
Quick guide to install the TouchNet 360U app, sign in with your NEO credentials, and activate your digital Campus ID.
📋 Before You Begin
  • ✅ A smartphone running iOS or Android
  • ✅ Your NEO username and password (SSO credentials via the neo domain)
  • ✅ A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • ⏱️ Estimated time: 5–10 minutes

📲 Step 1 — Download the TouchNet 360U App ⏱️ ~2 min  |  iOS & Android

Download the TouchNet 360U app from your device's app store:

  1. iPhone / iPad: Open the App Store and search for TouchNet 360U, then tap Get to install.
  2. Android: Open Google Play and search for TouchNet 360U, then tap Install.
  3. Wait for the app to finish downloading, then tap Open.

🔍 Step 2 — Find NEO in the App ⏱️ ~1 min
  1. Open the TouchNet 360U app after installing it.
  2. In the search bar, type NEO.
  3. Select Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from the results.
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Confirm your selection and tap Continue again.
⚠️ Note: If you can't find NEO by searching NEO, try searching Northeastern Oklahoma instead.

🔐 Step 3 — Sign In with SSO ⏱️ ~1 min  |  NEO Credentials Required

You will be redirected to NEO's Single Sign-On (SSO) login page:

  1. Make sure Account Type is set to SSO (not a local account).
  2. Enter your NEO username and password.
  3. Tap Login.
⚠️ Note: Always make sure Account Type is set to SSO — using a local account will cause login to fail.
💡 Tip: If SSO login fails, first verify your NEO credentials work at apps.okstate.edu/portal/neo, then try again.

✅ Step 4 — Authorize the App ⏱️ ~1 min
  1. After logging in, you will see a redirect authorization prompt.
  2. Read the prompt and tap OK to allow the app to proceed.
  3. Your NEO Mobile ID will load and be ready to use.
💡 Tip: If the redirect prompt does not appear, close and reopen the TouchNet 360U app, then try logging in again.

🛠️ Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Can't find NEO in the app Search "Northeastern Oklahoma" instead of "NEO" in the institution search bar.
SSO login fails Verify your NEO credentials work at apps.okstate.edu/portal/neo first, then retry.
Redirect prompt doesn't appear Close and reopen the app, then try logging in again.
App won't load your ID Check your internet connection and try re-logging in. If the issue persists, contact the IT Help Desk.
