This article explains how a current Primary or Secondary owner can transfer Primary ownership of a NEO service account through their personal O-Key profile. Sign in to okey.okstate.edu with your personal credentials, open the account via Service Accounts → Modify, then use the Transfer Ownership link to enter and confirm the new Primary owner's email. It also covers the special case where only one Secondary owner exists, and provides NEO IT Department contact info for assistance.
