Spam / Phishing Concern

This service allows faculty, staff, and students to report suspected spam, phishing emails or other malicious messages received via university email accounts. Phishing is a form of social engineering used to fraudulently obtain sensitive information such as login credentials, personal identification, or financial data. These attacks often appear as emails, text messages, or phone calls designed to trick recipients into revealing information or clicking malicious links. Prompt reporting helps protect the university community, reduce exposure to cyber threats, and support ongoing security awareness efforts.

Email issues may require troubleshooting across multiple systems (Microsoft 365, local device, network). Providing detailed information (error messages, timestamps, affected users) will help reduce resolution time.
