TouchNet Mobile 360U – Unregistering Your Old Device When Getting a New Phone
Learn how to unregister your old device in TouchNet 360U so you can activate your NEO Mobile ID on a new phone.
📋 Before You Begin
  • ✅ An active NEO A&M College student or staff account
  • ✅ Your NEO username and password (SSO credentials via neo domain)
  • ✅ A smartphone running iOS 14+ or Android 8.0+
  • ✅ A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • ⏱️ Estimated time: 5–10 minutes
⚠️ Important Notice

The TouchNet 360U app can only be registered to one device at a time. If you get a new phone, you must unregister your old device before activating the app on your new device. Skipping this step will cause an "Account is Already Assigned" error on your new phone.

🔍 Why You Need to Unregister Your Old Device

When you first set up TouchNet 360U, your account is linked to your specific device. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized use of your Campus ID. You must remove the old device registration before your new phone can be used.

📱 Option 1: Self-Service – Remove Device from Within the App ⏱️ ~3 min  |  Old Phone Required

If you still have access to your old phone and TouchNet 360U is installed, you can unregister it directly from the app:

  1. Open the TouchNet 360U app on your old device.
  2. Tap the menu icon (hamburger/grid icon — 9 dots) in the top-right corner of the app.
  3. Under the Security section, tap Remove Device.
  4. Tap Save to confirm.
  5. Your old device is now unregistered. You can now set up the app on your new phone.
💡 Tip: This is the fastest and easiest option. Always try Option 1 first before contacting IT support.

🎓 Option 2: Contact the IT Help Desk or Campus ID Office ⏱️ ~10–15 min

If you cannot access your old device or the self-service option did not work, contact the NEO A&M IT Help Desk or the Campus ID Office for assistance:

  1. Submit a ticket through the NEO Service Portal at support.neo.edu or call the Help Desk directly.
  2. Staff will verify your identity and unregister your old device on the backend.
⚠️ Note: You will need to verify your identity before IT staff can make changes to your account registration.

🆕 Setting Up TouchNet 360U on Your New Device ⏱️ ~5 min  |  iOS / Android

Once your old device has been unregistered, follow these steps to set up the app on your new phone:

  1. Download the TouchNet 360U app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and search for Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (or "NEO") to select your institution.
  3. Log in using your NEO A&M username and password (SSO via the neo domain).
  4. Accept the End User Privacy Notice and any prompts that appear.
  5. Optionally, set up biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) for faster access.
  6. Your Campus ID will now be active on your new device.
💡 Tip: Your Campus ID balance and account information carry over automatically — you do not lose any funds when switching devices.
