📋 Before You Begin
  • An active internet connection is required.
  • Make sure your device meets the minimum OS requirements listed in each section.
  • No NEO A&M account is needed — Firefox is free for everyone.
  • Estimated total time: 5–10 minutes depending on your device and internet speed.

🖥️ Windows   |   ⏱️ Estimated Time: 5–8 minutes   |   Requires: Windows 10 or Windows 11
  1. Open your current web browser (such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome).
  2. Go to www.mozilla.org/firefox.
  3. Click the Download Firefox button. The correct version for your computer will be selected automatically.
  4. Once the download finishes, open the file named Firefox Installer.exe — it will appear in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of your browser window.
  5. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes.
  6. Firefox will install automatically. Once finished, it will open on its own.
💡 Tip: During setup, you will be offered the option to import bookmarks and settings from your previous browser. You can do this now or skip it and do it later.

🍎 Mac   |   ⏱️ Estimated Time: 5–8 minutes   |   Requires: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
  1. Open Safari or any other browser on your Mac.

  3. Click the Download Firefox button. The correct version for your Mac will be selected automatically.
  4. Open the downloaded file named Firefox.dmg (found in your Downloads folder).
  5. In the window that opens, drag the Firefox icon into the Applications folder.
  6. Open your Applications folder and double-click Firefox to launch it.
  7. If you see a message asking if you are sure you want to open it, click Open.
💡 Tip: After installation, you can eject and delete the .dmg file — it is no longer needed and will free up space on your Mac.
