📋 Before You Begin
- An active internet connection is required.
- Make sure your device meets the minimum OS requirements listed in each section.
- No NEO A&M account is needed — Firefox is free for everyone.
- Estimated total time: 5–10 minutes depending on your device and internet speed.
🖥️ Windows | ⏱️ Estimated Time: 5–8 minutes | Requires: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Open your current web browser (such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome).
- Go to www.mozilla.org/firefox.
- Click the Download Firefox button. The correct version for your computer will be selected automatically.
- Once the download finishes, open the file named Firefox Installer.exe — it will appear in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of your browser window.
- If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes.
- Firefox will install automatically. Once finished, it will open on its own.
💡 Tip: During setup, you will be offered the option to import bookmarks and settings from your previous browser. You can do this now or skip it and do it later.

- Open Safari or any other browser on your Mac.
- Go to www.mozilla.org/firefox.

- Open the downloaded file named Firefox.dmg (found in your Downloads folder).
- In the window that opens, drag the Firefox icon into the Applications folder.
- Open your Applications folder and double-click Firefox to launch it.
- If you see a message asking if you are sure you want to open it, click Open.
💡 Tip: After installation, you can eject and delete the .dmg file — it is no longer needed and will free up space on your Mac.
