Extend a NEO Service Account
How to extend the expiration date of a NEO service account from within an ownerβs personal O-Key profile.
β
Before You Begin
You must be a Primary or Secondary owner of the service account.
Each service account is set to expire annually. Extending adds one year from the current date.
Sign in with your personal O-Key credentials β do not use the service accountβs own login.
Step 1 β Locate the service account π ~2 min
- Sign in to your personal O-Key profile.
- Click the Service Accounts link in the left pane and locate the account you want to extend.
Step 2 β Extend the expiration date π ~1 min
- Choose the Extend Expiration Date link in the O-Key profile of the service account. The page displays the current expiration date.
- Click the Extend button to update the expiration date to one year from the current date.
- To go back without changing the date, click the Cancel button to return to the profile page.
β Warning: You will not be asked to confirm. As soon as you click Extend, the expiration date is moved to one year from today.
π‘ Tip: For example, extending on 09/05/2025 sets a new expiration date of 09/06/2026.
