How to extend the expiration date of a NEO service account from within an owner’s personal O-Key profile.
βœ… Before You Begin
You must be a Primary or Secondary owner of the service account.
Each service account is set to expire annually. Extending adds one year from the current date.
Sign in with your personal O-Key credentials β€” do not use the service account’s own login.

Step 1 β€” Locate the service account πŸ• ~2 min
  1. Sign in to your personal O-Key profile.
  2. Click the Service Accounts link in the left pane and locate the account you want to extend.
Step 2 β€” Extend the expiration date πŸ• ~1 min
  1. Choose the Extend Expiration Date link in the O-Key profile of the service account. The page displays the current expiration date.
  2. Click the Extend button to update the expiration date to one year from the current date.
  3. To go back without changing the date, click the Cancel button to return to the profile page.
⚠ Warning: You will not be asked to confirm. As soon as you click Extend, the expiration date is moved to one year from today.
πŸ’‘ Tip: For example, extending on 09/05/2025 sets a new expiration date of 09/06/2026.
