🏫 Sign In to myNEO (Student Self-Service)
Where to go for enrollment, your schedule, grades and student records — and who to ask when something looks wrong.
✅ Before You Begin
- An activated NEO account — your GoldKey username and password
- Duo multifactor on your phone, if you have been prompted to enrol
- 🕐 Estimated time: 2 minutes
🔑 Sign In to myNEO 🕐 ~2 minutes | Any browser
- Go to myNEO.
- Sign in with your GoldKey username and password.
- Approve the Duo prompt on your phone if you are asked for one.
myNEO is NEO's student self-service portal — the place for enrollment and registration, your class schedule, grades and your student record. Some offices refer to parts of it as "Banner self-service," which is the system underneath. If someone tells you to check Banner, they mean myNEO.
💡 Tip: If you need an official transcript, that is a separate request handled by the Registrar — not something you download from myNEO.
🤔 Who to Ask: IT, the Registrar, or Your Advisor
This is the fastest way to get an answer: IT can fix getting in. What is inside belongs to someone else.
| Your question |
Who handles it |
| Password will not work, page will not load, Duo prompt problems |
IT Help Desk |
| A hold on your account, enrollment errors, transcripts, graduation |
Registrar |
| Which classes to take, degree requirements, dropping a course |
Your academic advisor |
| A grade you believe is wrong |
Your instructor |
🔧 When You Cannot Sign In
- Forgot your password? Reset it at neo.edu/password. myNEO uses the same GoldKey password as your email and Canvas.
- Never signed in before? Activate your account first — see Activate Your New NEO Account in this knowledge base.
- Stuck in a login loop? Open a private / incognito window and try again, or clear cookies for okstate.edu.
⚠️ Note: If myNEO is down for everybody, we already know — the underlying system is operated centrally and NEO IT tracks the outage. One report to the Help Desk is plenty; you do not need to keep calling.
