✉ Change a NEO Service Account Email Address
How a Primary or Secondary owner can update the email address on a NEO service account.
✅ Before You Begin
You must be a Primary or Secondary owner of the service account.
Have the new email address ready.
Sign in with your personal O-Key credentials — do not use the service account’s own login.
Step 1 — Look up the service account 🕐 ~2 min
Sign in to your personal O-Key profile, click the Service Accounts link in the left pane, and look up the account you want to modify.
Step 2 — Change the email address 🕐 ~2 min
  1. Choose the Change Email Address link.
  2. Update the email address as desired.
  3. Click the Save button to save the email address.
  4. To go back without saving, click the Cancel button to return to the profile page.
💡 Tip: Double-check the new address for typos before saving so email continues to route correctly.
